Anthony joined BlueBay in August 2004 from Putnam Investments (formerly New Flag Asset Management) where he was a Senior Portfolio Manager responsible for European high yield portfolios. Prior to Putnam, Anthony held similar roles at Standard Asset Management, London & Capital Asset Management, and the West Merchant Bank (West LB). Anthony received his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Natal.

Trevor joined Lloyds bank from the UK civil service where he worked as an economist after being offered a position whilst studying for a Phd. Trevor has a BA honours degree and a masters in Economics. He is now Chief Economist at Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets. The Corporate Markets economics team supports the bank’s trading and sales activities. He regularly appears on radio and TV to represent the economic views of Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets, and to be interviewed on current economic issues.

Trevor Williams is a member of the Institute for Economic Affairs Shadow Monetary Policy Committee, setup two months after the actual MPC in 1997.


Stuart StanleySTUART M. STANLEY, CFA

Stuart Stanley is Portfolio Manager with Invesco Fixed Income High Yield Team. He is Portfolio Manager for the Invesco Extra Income Fund and has research responsibilities for European high yield companies.

Stuart joined Invesco in 2005 as Portfolio Manager. Previously, he was with AXA Investment Managers in Paris as Senior High Yield Fund Manager. He has also held positions with Fisher Francis Trees & Watts (FFTW) in London, Greenwich NatWest in New York and London, and Banque Nationionale de Paris (BNP) in New York and Paris.

Stuart earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Master of Science with a concentration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he participated in the Applied Securities and Analysis Program. He is fluent in French with dual French-American nationality. Stuart holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA) and is a member of the CFA Institute.


Pierre GuilleminPIERRE GUILLEMIN

Pierre Guillemin, is the Managing Director at SwissLife Asset Management. Pierre is responsible for Asset Allocation and Equity funds and Mandates. He was previously in charge of Alternative Investments covering Private equity and Hedge Funds.

Until December 2003, Pierre was Head of Asset Management at SwissLife Asset Management (France). Pierre developed Quantitative techniques for Asset allocation, Credit Management and Directional Trading, duplication strategies for hedge funds.
Pierre Guillemin graduated from Ecole Centrale de Paris, Université des Sciences de Paris (DEA, stochastic processes) and HEC Lausanne (MBA).

Alex Hooper-Greenhill is a Senior Credit Analyst at Legal and General Investment Management and helps to oversee £2.5bn of investments in global high yield and emerging market corporate debt. Alex has 10 years experience investing in high yield debt & emerging market debt.

Alexis is portfolio manager of the WestLB Mellon Compass Euro High Yield fund as well as the WestLB Mellon Compass Euro Credit Short Duration. He has more than 12 years of investment experience starting his career in 1995 at WestLB in Paris as credit analyst responsible for the commitments on large French corporates, banks and local authorities. Alexis also worked on asset based financing such as shipping or aircrafts as well as acquisition financing. By the end of 1999, he moved to WestLB Mellon Asset Management (WMAM) in Düsseldorf as credit analyst and Investment Grade portfolio manager. In the middle of 2000, Alexis participated in the creation of the Corporate European High yield Asset Management activity.

Alexis graduated from ESLSCA in Paris and has a Post-graduate diploma in Finance at the University of Paris II Assas. He holds the CFA designation.


Andrew WilmontANDREW WILMONT

Andrew joined AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) in April 2005 and specialises in corporate bonds, particularly in (global) high yield and cross-over credits.

Prior to joining AXA IM, Andrew held positions at Pareto Partners, New Flag Asset Management and Saudi International Bank, having started his career in London as a fundamental (credit and equity) analyst.

Andrew holds a MA in business and a LLM both from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and is a CFA® Charterholder.

Nick has many years of experience in the pensions field, concentrating in the main on the management and administration of schemes. He has held a number of senior roles including as Deputy Managing Director of Hadrian Trustees from 1990 to 1995 and latterly as the Sales and Marketing Director at Capita Hartshead and then Paymaster. During his career Nick has been actively involved in professional trusteeship and has been Chairman of the Trustees for the Volvo Truck and Bus Group Pension Schemes since 1997. Nick is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences and the author of articles in the pensions technical press.

Andrew is a fund manager and head of high yield portfolio management.

Andrew has been in the European high yield market since 1998, and has managed a number of different funds and investment styles – CDO, total return and index based funds, both retail and institutional. Andrew was head of high yield funds in Europe at Merrill Lynch Investment Management and he co-managed the institutional high yield business including European and global funds at F&C Investment Management.

Andrew holds a BA(Hons) in history from University of York, a diploma in law from City University and an MBA in Finance from University of Chicago. He holds the IMC and was called to the Bar in 1995.

Fraser joined Hermes Fund Managers in 2010 as Senior Credit Portfolio Manager at Hermes OCL. Prior to this he was at Fortis Investments for 6 years where he was a High Yield Portfolio Manager within the Global Credit and Hybrids business. Fraser has 7 years investment experience and is a CFA charter holder, as well as a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR) having gained the UKSIP Level 3 Certificate in Investment Management (IMC) in 2005. He graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2002 with an MA (Hons) in Economics and gained a Masters (MSc), Investment Analysis from The University of Stirling in 2004.


John BragerJON BRAGER

Jon is responsible for the overall high yield research effort at BCM & Partners, and assists with the management of the high yield strategy from both a portfolio management and operations aspect. Prior to BCM, Jon was a credit analyst at LNG Capital LLP, London, and before that he worked for over 5 years at Lockheed Martin as a Systems Engineer. Jon graduated with an MBA from London Business School in July 2009 with a focus in investment management and received an MA in Applied Economics (’05), BSc in Mathematics (’03), and BSc in Management Science (’03) from Southern Methodist University. Jon has also passed all 3 levels of the CFA program and is an affiliate member of the CFA Institute.
